A Bounce House Rental reserves the right to refuse to complete any event that has the potential to cause damage to our equipment.
How big are the inflatables?
Our inflatable units are 15'x15'. 15'x13', 20'x16'
How many children can fit in a Bounce house?
5 x bouncers not exceeding 150lbs each
How much room do I need?
Space requirements depend on which bounce you choose. The rule is about 1 to 2 feet around the perimeter. If you can imagine, two parked cars side by side in your set up area.
Don't forget you'll need an area free of low wires and branches, about 16-17 feet high.
Does it need electricity?
Yes, we will bring a 100 foot extension cord with us, so you'll need an outlet near the set up area. The blower runs continuously and will require a dedicated 20 amp circuit.
Can you set up on my driveway or indoors?
Yes. we can set up on a grassy surface, your driveway or other hard surface.
We will not set up on dirt, gravel, mulch, sand, deck or area's that are not free of pet waste.
We can set up indoor but again check for clearance.
My yard slopes a bit. Is this OK?
Yes. A slight slope is not a problem. If the slope is more than a little, we may request an alternate location you may have in mind. The safety of the children is the most important.
Do you set up in parks?
Yes, if there is a 3 prong electrical outlet within 100ft. .
Inclement Weather
A Bounce House Rental will not setup equipment in rain, snow, high wind (20 mph winds or higher), or muddy conditions. It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your event (such as a church or school gym). Once setup, the full amount of the rental is non-refundable, even if the event is cut short due to bad weather.
Cold Weather
At temperatures below 40 degrees, the inflatable units cannot be set up. If you book an event when there is the possibility of cold weather and you do not have an indoor location, be aware that upon arrival we may not be able to set up the equipment if the air is below 40 degrees.
If the weather forecast is looking bad (meaning torrential rain, excessive wind, snow, ice etc), we will call you before the event and give you the option to cancel or re-schedule for another day. If you decide to install the bounce and it begins to rain, we will not give refunds.
What do I need to do to prepare for the rental?
Make sure there will be easy access to the set up site for the delivery. Clean up any, rocks, sticks, pet litter and any other debris around the site. Turn off sprinkler. Cut grass couple of days before we deliver. If there is a slope from the entrance of property to the set up area, help may be required from the owner for both delivery and take down.
When is payment due and how can I pay?
No payment is required upon booking. We will need full payment online prior to delivery, or cash on delivery - We only accept checks with prior agreement. The unit will not be set up if these payment methods are not met.

If you don't have a preference on a bouncer, we suggest 3 to 4 weeks. All units are booked on a first come first serve basis.
How do I reserve a rental date and time?
Contact us via the website form or call us to inquire about availability or directly rent via our website. If your date is available, we will reserve the date, time and items needed. We will email you a rental agreement and a booking confirmation.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver mostly in Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Raleigh.

My party is tomorrow. Can I still get a rental?
Maybe! Give us a call and we will try to work with you. We will require a credit card for a deposit and hold your reservation.
Can I keep the bouncer over night?
No bouncers can be kept overnight.
